1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using the eptk.cloud service ("the Service"), operated by Event Production Toolkit EPTK ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
B2B Capacity Representation
By registering an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are acting solely in a professional, commercial, or business capacity (Business-to-Business, "B2B") on behalf of a legal entity, business, sole proprietorship, or as an independent professional, and not as an individual consumer.
2. Description of Service
eptk.cloud is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for professional event production teams. The Service provides workspace management, event planning tools, team collaboration, and related features.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Workspace and Team Use
- Workspace owners are responsible for managing team members and their access levels.
- You may invite team members who will be bound by these same Terms upon account creation.
- Workspace data belongs to the workspace owner(s). Individual members retain rights to their personal account data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
6. Subscription and Billing
- Certain features require a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan (monthly or annual).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
- All fees are billed in the selected currency (Euros or US Dollars) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Exclusion of Consumer Rights (B2B Only)
Because the Service is strictly a B2B platform, you acknowledge and agree that consumer protection laws—including, but not limited to, the European Union statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for consumers—do not apply to any subscription, fee, or transaction made under these Terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
7. Data Processing and Privacy
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU/EEA data protection regulations (GDPR).
- All data is stored and processed within the European Union (EU).

8. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Event Production Toolkit EPTK and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Your content remains yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service.
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
9. Service Availability
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may perform planned maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- Customer Termination: You may terminate your account or subscription at any time through the Service. For paid subscriptions, termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period.
- Provider Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that may cause harm or liability to us or others. Upon such termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Material changes will be communicated via the Service and/or email.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
